The Arts Project of Orange County Reviews
I will start by saying that the owner did issue us a refund and for that I am appreciative. That being said, when it came time for the summer showcase I could not reach anyone to help me with a simple question. I left several messages and emailed them. Then I showed up only to find the place empty except for rehearsals in the back which I was not going to interrupt just for my issue. So I left with no resolution. I never heard from anyone about my messages or emails. After informing them i wanted to end our daughters enrollment with them I was informed I had to give 30 day notice and so I did. I paid for the month of August and gave them our daughters last day. To our disappointment no one showed up to teach our daughter's class at Montessori for 4 weeks, the entire month of August. The first time there was a conflict, the second someone was sick, the third no one even bothered to call. When the school reached out they were told the owner was out of the country but that they would issue everyone a credit for September. Then I received an email asking if our daughter would be re-enrolling for September so clearly no one is bothering to read messages. After I reached out a couple times requesting a refund I received an email with just a receipt for the refund.I never heard from the owner regarding any of our issues. I understand things get busy, but if you are too busy to return your PAYING customers messages or even to have someone at the front to keep people from walking through your establishment freely then maybe you should hire more help. If you can't afford to I would understand if there was at least SOME communication. It's the lack of communication, and by lack I mean NONE, that's my real issue. The instructors seemed sweet and my daughter enjoyed the class.
