Mar 12, 2024 · Jamie Van ZandtI absolutely adore this studio, I would give them 10 stars if I could !! I have been dancing there for 12 years and have been on their broomfeild competition team for 11 years. The teachers are absolutely amazing and are extremely kind and helpful. Without them I wouldn’t be on the varsity Poms team for my high school. They have taught me so much and I give them credit for the dancer I have become. Their prices are so reasonable as well as affordable and they are very flexible with scheduling. I love this studio with all my heart and never want to leave! They have also helped shape me into the person I am today, they challenge and push me which has allowed me and other dancers to be the hard workers we are. It is a fun and amazing environment!
Jul 13, 2019 · Bat MIf I could give 0 stars I would. The teachers are not friendly and act like they are more special than everyone else. They overcharge for their costumes and say that they do not make extra money on them. (They left the tags on costumes by mistake which did not reflect what we were being charged and charged over double for pomoms because on the website where they got them from stated that they cost $25 and they were charging $55.lol.) When trying to figure out what you owe (never were their invoices printed, rather written out note stating what was owed), they acted like we were causing problems by asking if one needed the other to stay around or if she was fine staying to figure things out with me by herself. We didn't hear from them starting out the year until the first night of the new season starting..leaving a message stating that they would see our daughter that night, when we didn't even know what were going to be charged, the classes that she had to register for, NOTHING..their communication skills are so poor that we don't know from month to month what we were being charged..when asking questions, the owner calls you back with rude messages and then when you call back, you are once again sent to voicemail...I am so glad we are no longer with them and are more happy where we decided to switch to..we have seen such a difference in how much improvement has been made in just a short period of time..
Jan 13, 2017 · Junior WSo far, I find this studio and the person who owns it has continued to overcharge and under credit. I cannot stand how they want to resolve issues by texting and not have an actual conversation going over the issue I have with them. Disgusting how the ownership simply shines on legitimate questions and issues with respect to billing. If my issue does not get resolved I will write yet another poor rating as well as complain to the better business bureau locally.
