TangoChicago Reviews
In December 2018 I purchased a Tango lesson through Groupon. On the certificate it stated that the redemption location (which I assumed was where your dance studio was located) as 2041 West Carroll Avenue Chicago.I called shortly after Christmas to the telephone number provided for the studio and I was told that the location of the lesson would be at 735 W 35th in Chicago. That makes the distance and time unacceptable. I explained to your office exactly that issue - provided the above mentioned address. I found this to be misleading. Your office response was that I needed to pursue the cancellation and refund through Groupon who stated that I needed to resolve it through the resolution center of Paypal. Neither have been helpful and both make their websites and call systems very difficult.Contacting the dance studio is useless. All over $40 and I've been trying to get that back for four months. Money hungry and dishonest.
