I take adult ballet on Tuesday evenings at the Verona Ballet School, with Artistic Director Alissa Kossov, and I have a wonderful time. The Russian style class is simple enough for anyone to try it, with adequate level of difficulty, and she challenges us do as best as possible. The studio is beautiful, spacious & clean and the ladies that attend are so nice. I feel a lot stronger since I started. For anyone looking for a good, consistent class, where you can dance and learn, the adult ballet class at the Verona Ballet School is the place to go. I love it there! Alissa is wonderful, extremely talented and a skilled teacher!

Bring water and a little sweat towel. After a couple classes you really see the muscles change and be strong & look good. You also get the circulation with the cardio as you jump around. Take this class it’s more than worth it.
