Santa Fe Spgs Center-Performing Reviews
When asking about a credit that was due to us ( performance dues, costumes never received) because of covid we were rudely greeted by Lisa. Who apparently is the " owner ". She stated that their policy changed and they notified clients. Part of their policy change was that her company would keep money that it didn't earn. So instead of acting in good faith it's more important to be greedy, rude, and unprofessional than keep clientele coming back.Horrible bed side manner and horrible business practice.
