I've gone to this jazzercise studio many times over the years and I have a ton of fun every time I go! The workout classes are really fun and incorporated both strength and cardio which I loved! Its hard to get as good of a workout on your own vs when you're working out with a group and you know it was a great workout when you're sore the next dayThe other great thing about this workout class is the community of people that attend the classes and the instructors. Everyone is always very friendly and inviting and the instructors create a lot of variety in the workouts so there are new routines all the time. Cant recommend these classes enough. - Rachael Whaley
