PowerHouse Dance Academy Reviews
This establishment tolerates vicious bullying, and when concerned parents step forward to protect their children, the owners respond with shocking indifference—doing absolutely nothing to curb harassment or enforce any real protections. This is NOT a good environment for kids, and until you acknowledge that working with children carries an absolute responsibility to create a safe space, your neglect will continue to betray the very families you claim to serve.
Jun 08, 2025 · GPT FANBOIMy daughter started at Powerhouse in their recreational classes when she was 2 years old. She is 8 now and going on her 3rd competitive dance season. She started their competitive dance program on their Tiny Tots team at 6 years old which was a nice intro to competition dance for very young dancers. After that she entered into their full competition program with an excellent first full comp season, and is now in her second season of full comp and doing a duet with one of her teammates as well. I hadn't even really thought of competitive dance when I first signed her up for dance at 2, but here we are 6 years later and Powerhouse has really become her home away from home. The staff, teachers, owners are all wonderful and supportive. They always strive to keep a positive and accepting atmosphere with no tolerance of drama and negativity. My daughter has grown in confidence, skill, and strength and along the way has built unforgettable memories and friendships. I truly appreciate the supportive and caring atmosphere everyone at powerhouse has created and strived to maintain. No studio is perfect but I can tell you these ladies work their behinds off to keep on top of everything and provide the best for their dancers. We are greatful to be on this dance journey with Powerhouse and would recommend them to anyone.
Jan 30, 2025 · Jami VincenchMy daughter has been taking classes at PowerHouse Dance Academy for about 3 years now and I can honestly say that it is the best dance studio in Tracy. The instructors are professional, friendly, and passionate about teaching dance. They offer a variety of styles and levels for all ages and abilities, from ballet to hip hop, from beginner to advanced. The studio is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with mirrors, sound system, and props. The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and inclusive. She has learned so much from PowerHouse Dance Academy and has made many friends along the way. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who loves dance or wants to learn how to dance. PowerHouse Dance Academy is more than just a dance studio, it is a family.
