Palmyra Academy of Dance Reviews
I've been dancing at this school for about 4 years now and I can't even put into words how much I love it. Every single teacher cares about the students they teach and you can tell that they truly love to dance and show people who are younger than them everything they know. I used to dance at a different studio, but later had to switch because of moving. I was extremely nervous being in a new dance studio, but all of that worry quickly melted away. The environment is so loving and nurturing and I can say that, without a doubt, I always look forward to starting the new dance season. Not only is the environment incredible, the things that you learn in it are also phenomenal. They focus on technique and really make sure that you know what you're doing. The teachers always get you to reach your full potential and I am so glad that they encourage that. It's sad to think that I'll have to stop dancing here one day, but I will dance to my fullest everytime I spend my moments in this studio, cherishing the wonderful memories that I'm making in the present. ♥️
Nov 05, 2021 · Reagan Spengler (thelastcommand16)This studio is beyond amazing. The teachers go far beyond than just teaching students, i was a student there for 3 years and i truly feel as though i have a second family. They all have taught me so many life lessons that i will forever carry with me for the rest of my life. Everyone who enters the studio is welcomed with open arms. There is NO judgement whatsoever, which is hard to find nowadays with dance studios. Students are challenged to reach their full potential without feeling pressured. The experiences and moments shared at this studio are unforgettable and sometimes once in a life time opportunities. Their students are taught not only about dance and the technique that follows, but also about building up confidence and stepping out of their box. Everyone is encouraged to take risks and try new things, because again, there is no judgement. If i could give this studio a million stars I would. LOVE this studio with all my heart!
Jul 13, 2019 · Emma RichwineWhile my children enjoyed the camps they had, I find that they seem very disorganized. This was our first time here and when we arrived there was no direction or communication. Furthermore, a good percentage of the parents were not aware of the ending program the students had for their families to watch... therefore causing many parents to miss it. No emails or notification were given. (You may not watch during class, so most of the parents dropped off and came back to pick up. )I see great opportunity for this facility if they can organize themselves and notify the parents accordingly. I look forward to them improving communication and perhaps we will return for a full schedule of dance.
Jul 12, 2019 · Ms. WestFour years ago I joined PAoD and they welcomed me with open arms and let me dance my heart out with no limitations. You can see how much of their heart and soul the teachers and staff put into the studio and it is beautiful. This studio is my second home and I am so thankful to have grown as a person and a dancer in such a wonderful environment 💞
