Jocelyn’s School Of Dance Reviews
We have been at Jocelyn's for four years and couldn't be HAPPIER! Jocelyn and her staff consistently go above and beyond to make our experiences POSITIVE. Miss Jocelyn and her staff are attentive, caring, understanding, and encouraging. We are so thankful to be part of a studio that treats the dancers like FAMILY (not a business transaction) and promotes positivity in the community. JSD is the BEST!
Dec 08, 2018 · Stacey AbromaitisOur experience at this studio overall was not too great. The first problem I had was when I paid for tuition a month ahead of time and they cancelled due to wearher there was no refund, make-up class or roll over. I understand weather happens but they could have found a way to accommodate those who already paid for that session. A lot of moms were upset about this. Especially those who had multiple children in classes. (It’s nearly $10 per session)I decided to just let that go. But then my daughter was coming out of class so upset about her teachers being mean (even crying one time). By the end my daughter didn’t want to even go anymore. The last straw was charging $15 per person to attend the recital. For ANY age. We were even told if our dancers (performing in the recital) wanted to watch the rest of the recital they had to purchase a seat! We had a lot of family not attend because it was too expensive to bring their families.I tried to nicely bring up my concerns about the cancelled classes and tuition issue and was just told ‘I’m sorry, I can’t just make up days.’I’m giving this 2 stars because the dance studio was always very clean and comfortable and everything ran on time. It was just poor business.
