You don't have to be a dancer or have any dance background what so ever to do a Zumba fitness class- you just have to have a desire to have fun, move your body, and burn a lot of calories! During my first Zumba class, I think I smiled the whole time and couldn't believe how much fun I was having. No, I did not know any of the steps to the songs the first class, but that goes away with time and before you know it, you are lost in the music and getting some serious cardio in! I would recommend Zumba with Bootique Fitness to anyone who is thinking about trying a Zumba class because Jaylin is warm, welcoming, and super motivating. No one is there to judge and everyone is encouraged to make the most of their experience and have fun!

I have been going to class for over a year now and it is by far one of my favorite ways to work out. Jaylin is easy to follow and her energy is infectious! I know it is hard to think about going to work out after a long day, but there are days when I NEED to Zumba away the junk that happens during the day. Jaylin's energy is amazing and contagious. I have never been a girlie type and I never took dance classes, but I do not feel awkward or intimidated in this class. I just dance my little heart out, and no one notices because they are having too much fun doing the same thing. And did I mention that it is an incredible cardio workout - to the tune of over 500 calories burned! Best Zumba class EVER!

I've always been the type of person to find any excuse in the book not to work out but now I find myself planning my work and social life AROUND my workouts! This is the best commitment I've ever made. It's been about 2 months now and I'm stronger and leaner. Every night I get the best sleep ever! I danced in high school so this has just been right up my alley. Jaylin is an amazing instructor and unbelievable dancer. Thank you Bootique Fitness and Zumba for changing my life!
