Gilded Studio Pole Dance and Fitness Reviews
I've taken up a variety of fitness disciplines in my life to try and connect with my body, and there's something truly special about the sensuality and strength of pole dancing that can't be replicated elsewhere. This studio really represents everything amazing that pole has to offer. I've had a number of different instructors here, having taken most of my classes with Nicky and with the studio owner Jess as well as with Lux, and I am SO grateful this was my first ever experience with a pole dancing studio. The teaching techniques may vary, but everyone is incredibly kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and super attentive to all students of all different levels. I've basically left every single one of my classes smiling; we have a LOT of fun here. And it's always an amazing workout. The pricing and scheduling is incredibly convenient and the variety of courses offered give a little something for everyone. I've been coming here for close to three months, I think. I'm excited to keep attending!
Jun 05, 2025 · BeccaSo fun, so welcoming, so joyful. I had a great experience here taking a burlesque dance class. Jinx is so warm and playful and such an excellent teacher. I’m really glad to find a pole/burlesque studio that offers some sensual dance alternatives to having to climb the pole, which doesn’t work for my body. Can’t wait to go back!
May 18, 2025 · Quinn CorteReally warm, welcoming space. Love the Palestine support on the bulletin board, and immediately felt at home with all the different mods & support from the instructor, Nicky. The class that was in on Monday was super kind, and made me feel ready for more. Incredible first-time experience— would genuinely suggest for everyone interested.
Feb 18, 2025 · AlinaI set up persona training sessions with Jess and I’ve also rented studio space at Gilded. Super easy to book and the training sessions were phenomenal. Jessica did so much research about my particular disability and increased my strength and mobility more than any pt ever had. I love this place.
Aug 12, 2024 · Alli ThresherSo I was super unsure about trying pole at first but it was on my bucket list so I figured why not? Honestly it's been so amazing I just keep buying passes after 6 months! Jess is such a fun and welcoming presence as an instructor - she never pushes people to do anything they aren't comfortable with, always provides modifications and makes sure everyone at every level is supported.Every class I get stronger, and master things I wasn't able to do before- it's not even sexual/sexy for me but my body feels more like my own than it ever did before. It's awesome- give it a try!
