FIREBIRD Fine Arts Academy Reviews
This "academy" is run by two people only, a mother and daughter. Mommy Ann, self-titled Executive Director of nobody but daughter Rachel, jumps in to answer daughter's emails for her. When daughter Rachel does answer an email, she dreams up a pitifully fake "automated response." At least it gave us a good laugh. Strange way to do business! Both Mommy and daughter seem to have a bit of trouble with manners. They have no concept of Customer Service and are apparently unaware that clients can write reviews. Customers are treated like they are the problem. They don't seem to care about the children enrolled in their classes. Schedules and times are changed without notice. Mommy Ann's training and experience is in dance, yet she teaches art classes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unpleasant duo.
