I felt as though I had found another home at Body’s in Rhythm. Was recommended to them by an instructor I had elsewhere, and I am so glad I was! Unfortunately I moved away from the area so I couldn’t continue classes there. I loved all the instructors with whom I interacted there, and I adore the owner, Rosie. She is such a kind, passionate, professional, and knowledgeable instructor and person all around. I’m going to miss this place so much 😭 please give it a visit if you’re in the area! I would if I could!!

I have had a couple of personal trainers in past years and no one compares to her. The dancing is so much fun. All ages (18-70) and all sizes go to her for help with weight loss or just to get back in shape and once you’ve met Rosie you won’t want anyone else. I would highly recommend Body’s in Rhythm studio.
