Deborah Mason Performing Arts Center Reviews
It is not too many places that a parent feels thoroughly confident they are getting all they can hope for their child. Deborah Mason School of Dance has exceeded my expectations in several ways. Since of age of two, my daughter has been exposed to a great group of professional dance instructors. Debbie and her staff are a constant ; however, guest instructors frequently lend their expertise to these already qualified individuals. The students that attend the school add another dimension not seen at most dance schools. Debbie has managed to attract families from varying backgrounds to expose her students to the uniqueness found in every student. The students thrive and feed off this experience, which culminates in success. Some of her students have performed on Broadway, toured nationally, while others have reached the pinnacle of the dance world. Deborah Mason School of Dance is the right choice.
Sep 26, 2014 · Abner LoganThis is not just a place for dance classes. You will find a true sense of community and family here. The Mason-Dudley family is committed to building not a facility to provide not only world-class dance instruction, but also to strengthen the fabric of its surrounding community through a commitment to giving back.
Nov 07, 2015 · Sara VDeborah Mason School of Dance is not just a dance school it's a place where your kids will build lifelong friendships and begin to learn about themselves through movement. I started dancing with Debbie when I was just shy of 3 years old and continued on well into college. As an adult I still have those friends that I did when I first started at DMSD and will always have the love of dance and passion that Debbie instills on all of her students. The studio today is state of the art with world-class instructors and there is no place like it in the New England area! I highly recommend anyone looking for a dance school to consider DMSD as it will be a part of your life forever.
Sep 25, 2014 · Nicole CostaI take adult tap classes here with Rose and Julia. The space is amazing, with a beautiful new spring floor. It’s been really hard to find good adult tap and Deborah Mason has the best selection I could find. Great tap at all levels. I highly recommend.
Jan 17, 2020 · Zoe McCarthyDMSD is less like a school and more like a HUB for dance. Deborah offers many opportunities to her students and faculty. She provides top of the line dance training via her highly trained/experienced/accomplished faculty, her network connections throughout the country, her business structure and performing opportunities that she provides for her students and also for the broader dance community in Boston/Cambridge such as the MayFair Dance Festival & BeanTown Tap Festival. She has been a leader in the community for decades and is always pushing the envelope a little more by 'staying current' yet maintaining grounded in her convictions of a strong foundation rooted in discipline. Recently she has acquired and renovated a beautiful $250,000 dance facility. If you haven't seen it yet, check her dance schedule, pack your dance bag and stop by DMSD to take a dance class for yourself and/or your child! She offers a variety of classes for all levels; children- adult- seasoned professionals. All are welcome in her "home" that is Deborah Mason School of Dance. Convenient to get to via Public transit or car.
