This was my first time trying pole dancing. I was nervous as first but I met the owner and she made me feel very comfortable. By the end of the session I had a great time and learn some new moves that help me feel sensual and confident. Definitely returning and continuing to learn more.

I signed up using ClassPass and I wasn’t sure what to wear because the the description didn’t mention that the studio has silicone poles. Leggings are recommended. We did choreography at the end and got to record ourselves which will be great to look back on! The class size was small, 4 people total, which felt comfortable.

All of the instructors are incredible, each bringing their own unique style and personality to the lessons.This studio has become my oasis at the end of a long day. No matter what level you come in, you will feel immediately welcomed and embraced. I leave on a high every single time, my mind and body feeling energized and refueled. You will not regret it!!
