Dance & Arts Connection Reviews
My four year old came home from this dance studio saying some concerning things about pain being “worth it” when you stretch. That seems a little intense for such young kids. They also put signs up on the rooms saying “no parents allowed” which felt creepy, especially when they are trying clothes on the girls behind closed doors without informing the parents. I never observed the instructor getting on the kids’ level and/or speaking with them in a positive, uplifting way one might expect of someone working with this age group. When I let them know via email that we wouldn’t be back because of these red flags and honestly just the vibes being off — they called and tried to convince me not to go with my instincts. We paid several hundreds of dollars in just a few months, but it simply didn’t work out. Maybe this is the place for your kids if they are very independent and competitive. We’ve since found what seems to be a much better environment for us at another studio.
