My daughter signed my granddaughter up for a ballet/tap class at this studio, and we were all really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, when they arrived for the first class, there was no one there. After waiting for a while, someone finally came out and asked if she was there for the ballet/tap class, but seemed confused. She went to speak with the owner and returned to say the class had been canceled—and that my daughter would need to sign up for the summer camp instead. She said the class was canceled because not enough people showed up.This was incredibly disappointing, especially for my granddaughter who had been so excited to start. She ended up in tears, and while she took it well for her age, it was still heartbreaking to see. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. No one called or emailed to let us know the class had been canceled. My daughter requested a refund and will not be returning due to the unprofessionalism and poor communication. It's really unfortunate, because we were excited to support this art center—but this experience left us very disappointed. - Johanna Rivera
