Jun 27, 2025 · ElsieCatharine has been instrumental in training the mind-body connection of my daughter, a hypermobile ballet dancer. The combination and collaboration of Gyrotonics and the small group ballet class setting has helped grow her strength, stability, body awareness, and control essential to this artform. My daughter, in her second year en pointe, receives personalized attention and feedback in technique and artistry in a very encouraging way from both Cat and Zuri. Coastal is a beautiful boutique studio with welcoming students and parents as well.
