For more than 20 years LDC has provided dance classes to the youth in West Liberty and surrounding areas. With growing number of students enrolled, covering pretty much the k-12 ages, (and pre-K), the center offers lessons of Tap, Ballet, Dance, Pointe... and something else. Cindy Padilla has been the director of the studio since inception, and students take classes during the evening. Once a year, during the last week of May, Mrs. Padilla organices a recital in the Muscatine Junior High Theater, which is attended by parents, relatives and friends of the children dancing. Students also participate in some dance competitions.
