I have a back injury and am 6 months postpartum, and pilates is a great way to workout. You will get a good burn and stretch without over doing it. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and can help you with any modifications you may need. The space is very calming, and the community at Club Pilates is encouraging as well. This is the first Club and type of workout, I really look forward to. Whether you are you are an experienced Pilates goer or a beginner, Club Pilates has a class designed for you.

The instructors are excellent and help you understand what pilates is all about. The Center and Balance class is my favorite because I appreciate all the stretching!
