Ballet Repertory Theatre Of New Mexico Reviews
A fabulous dancing community that fosters professionalism and love of ballet in all ages. Beginning older youth or adult dancers are placed with appropriate age groups instead of being placed with the young children, as is common at other theaters. Instructors are compassionate and dedicated to student involvement and growth. After trying a few other schools, we are so grateful to have found Ballet Repertoire.
Sep 07, 2024 · M EnglandI cannot say enough good things about BRT. I came to the absolute beginner ballet classes with no experience and a lot of anxiety. Ms. Sarah has given me so much confidence and has created a space where we have fun and learn. I love the community we've created by being a part of BRT. One of my biggest concerns about doing ballet as an adult was body shaming, or simply being a part of a community that was not body positive. This is the farthest thing from what you will experience at BRT. It's welcoming, body positive, and strengths based.
Jun 27, 2024 · Savanna VanderbergIf you or your child are ready for traditional classical ballet training in the Russian style this is the place to be. My daughters have taken classes here since they were three years old. The discipline and commitment that this type of training provides is amazing. It carries over into their music lessons and academics. They have learned to organize their time well so that they can keep up with their ballet and academics. I would recommend this academy to anyone. Plus the atmosphere is friendly and there seems to be a sense of community among the students and parents.
Apr 03, 2014 · Ling Faith-HeuertzGreat teachers for all ages, Zoom classes also available. Spacious studios with sprung floors. A friendly, supportive atmosphere, and they follow infection control policies.
