Ballet Palm Beach Reviews
My daughter has gone ever since she was little, mrs Colleen is quite biased, and if they don’t like you they don’t teach you well, they have had times they have made promises they broke, hearing stories from other parents about how their daughter won in a raffle contest tickets to their show, (contest was during a fund raiser) but they never received the tickets, they emailed Mrs Colleen the director as she never responded. Mrs Colleen has also told students they will never be able to play certain parts due to their appearance such as size etc. the students have a great passion but the issue is the director. There are also times you pay to be able to perform on the stage, but even paying sometimes they barely cast you properly and have even casted younger girls for more advanced parts because they were “homeschooled” which upset older girls who had received the same role every year (soldier in nutcracker) not to mention the cost is quite expensive, and the director decides when the student moves up to the next level so there is a whole class of girls held back in the same level for 3 years and have to pay over 15 hundred annually not including show costs etc. even when the girls show be moved up, being in the same class with girls younger than them. They do this to keep the parents paying so their child never graduates. Overall good kids sad director who only cares about the money in your pockets and if you don’t donate to them much she also treats you poorly, not to mention during shows she gives the rich families who donate better seats.
Oct 18, 2024 · EOur home away from home!!We love each and everyone here, they are all incredible professionals who work so hard -and want to see these kids be better dancers every single day! 🤍 we love ballet Palm beach!
Oct 05, 2024 · Diana GonzalezA truly remarkable place. I remember the goosebumps of watching Gatsby, The Nutcracker, the recent student showcase, and Cinderella. I wish I would have discovered this place sooner. If you want to feel goosebumps, get chills, and feel pure passion flying through the theater, then you've come to the right place. The dancers are not only incredibly talented, but also so powerful in the movement of their bodies. I rated this a 5 star, but if I would rate 10x more if possible. So happy I discovered this studio, they truly make magic.
Jun 16, 2021 · Tsuki ProductsGreat to have a professional ballet company close by! Fabulous quality-trained dancers and main stage productions. My favorite show would have to be Snow White as well as the new Nutcracker they did at the Kravis Center! The associated Ballet Palm Beach Academy is exceptional. Much attention to detail! And the teachers really care for their students.
Oct 29, 2018 · willo thewispI must say that I was not sure to what to expect as Gatsby was my first performance attending here in South Florida. I was extremely happy with the performance. The stage and props used for the performance were incredible. I would recommend everyone to come and watch them perform. Perfect for dates and to spend a good quality time outside from home.
