Since its creation in 2008, the studio has been dedicated to helping individuals sculpt a physique that is long, lean, and beautiful, combining elements of classical ballet, invigorating Pilates, dynamic barre, and traditional personal training. At Ballet Bodies, the mission is to provide world-class fitness instruction within a welcoming and supportive environment, accessible to everyone regardless of their prior dance experience.
The philosophy at Ballet Bodies is rooted in the belief that "NOBODY DOES IT LIKE A BALLET DANCER!" This informs every class and every movement, ensuring that you engage your body in a way that builds not just muscle, but also flexibility, posture, and a profound sense of body awareness. While the studio is owned and operated by strong, inspiring women, men are absolutely welcome and encouraged to embrace the challenge. Cross-training is key to longevity and overall wellness, and Ballet Bodies embraces this by incorporating diverse modalities into its signature "BB method," ensuring that every workout keeps you strong, lean, and injury-free.
Whether you're working with classical Pilates equipment like reformers or Cadillacs, utilizing rebounders, or simply using your own body as resistance, each movement at Ballet Bodies draws its inspiration from a professional dancer's precision and grace. This meticulous attention to form and artistry sets Ballet Bodies apart from conventional fitness centers. The positive atmosphere, friendly staff, and encouraging community within the small class sizes contribute to a truly enjoyable and effective fitness journey. Many clients highlight the sweet and lovely desk staff, as well as the friendly and encouraging nature of fellow class-goers, making it a safe and welcoming space to explore the transformative power of ballet-inspired fitness.

Ballet Bodies Reviews
This place is located in a really rough area. To get to the studio you need to walk by a lot of homeless people’s tents. The men there appeared to be aggressive and violent, drinking in the middle of the day and screaming. As I hurried by with my friend, one of them started cursing and spat in our direction missing us by only a few inches. And when we were walking back to my friend's car, there were a few more men whispering to each other and looking at us threateningly. We didn’t feel safe at all!!! And when we got back to the car we saw that it was keyed!!! Her brand new car was keyed! It had to be one of those crazy men. Be safe and keep your cars safe and skip this ballet studio until they move to a better location that's much safer and cleaner!
Apr 11, 2023 · Sara S.I've only taken the Ballet classes (ballet stretch, ballet basic, ballet barre/center) but I love it! Need to park on the street, which hasn't been too difficult to find. Desk staff is lovely and sweet, and surprisingly the girls who go to these classes are really friendly also. Small class sizes, the ballet can be challenging at first if you've NEVER done ballet but there are a lot of beginners so it's a safe environment to try. Ballet classes go through a pretty standard ballet barre with upbeat pop music. Try it!
