Artistry House offers a comprehensive and thoughtfully structured array of dance programs catering to various age groups and skill levels, emphasizing positive learning and individual growth:
- Little Sprouts Program (Ages 2.5-5): This early childhood program introduces movement literacy through pre-ballet and tap, incorporating imagination and creative play. Classes are designed to sprout a love of movement, teaching fundamental techniques through fun contexts like "swimming like mermaids" or "marching like elephants." It also helps establish social and classroom skills such as listening and turn-taking.
- Buds Program (Ages 6-9): For burgeoning dancers, this program builds upon a solid ballet foundation while introducing new styles such as modern, jazz, musical theatre, and acrostretch. Dancers will expand their movement vocabulary, hone fundamental technique, and grow their appreciation for dance as an art form.
- Blooms Program (Ages 10-11): This program helps dancers bloom through steady progress and increasing knowledge. Students gain a more in-depth understanding of various genres while perfecting their technique. It prepares dancers for pre-pointe work and offers eligibility to participate in the West Virginia State Dance Festival in Charleston.
- Blossoms Program (Ages 12-14): Dancers in this program blossom in both technique and artistry, making connections across different dance genres. They continue to perfect their technique and begin to garner important roles in community productions. Opportunities to attend two regional festivals each year are also provided.
- Fruition Program (Ages 15+): The culmination of their training, this program for advanced dancers focuses on achieving goals through a positive mindset, hard work, and dedication. In addition to performance and festival opportunities, Fruition dancers are eligible to join a teacher training program in their final year, mentoring them toward potential teaching positions.
- Summer Camps: The studio offers themed summer camps (e.g., "Bugs and Butterflies Camp," "World Safari Camp," "JUMP into Dance Camp") for various age groups, exploring multiple dance styles through crafts, games, and creative activities.
- Private Coaching: Available for individual dancers who wish to receive personalized instruction and accelerate their growth in specific areas.

Artistry House Reviews
My 3 year old daughter just had her first dance experience here at Artistry House. Props to Jenny for helping me to choose this one hour class for her first experience instead of the 5 day summer camp. I really appreciated her honesty and help.My daughter was so nervous and she wasn’t thrilled about signing up because mommy couldn’t dance with her. But we did a lot of prep work, eventually getting her excited about trying it out.I cannot say enough great things about Ms Jenny. She sent the most beautiful email to parents the night before class to prepare both us and our dancers for the separation and the anxiety that may follow. She was so welcoming and kind to each and every dancer and it was very clear that she was extremely prepared. Her little dances each had a cute story with it. She had every kid engaged and excited for the entire hour. As a teacher myself, this was impressive to watch. My daughter left the room with a huge smile, asking me for more dance classes. Before bed, I showed her the videos of her on tv and she insisted that she wanted to go back to “right now, please”. 10/10 best first experience ever. THANK YOU! We WILL be back. 🥰👯♀️
Jul 19, 2024 · Natalie BartholowArtistry House is an amazing dance studio. Our daughter has been dancing there for nearly 10 years. The teachers have created such a positive and enriching environment where everyone feels welcome and supported. The studio is her favorite place to be and she's found a great group of friends. As a parent, I appreciate that we do not have to spend a lot of money on costumes every year. They are provided for every recital.
Aug 17, 2022 · beth nardellaArtistry House is an amazing dance studio! The teachers genuinely care about the kids and foster a positive learning environment for dance! My two daughters started here at the ages of 2 and 3 and I was so impressed by how much time and attention was given to the students at this early age. They have continued with classes here for the last several years and we all love it. The staff is friendly and the studio is welcoming, but is also run efficiently. They strive to keep parents' cost down, which I appreciate, and still put on fantastic recitals! If you are looking for a fun, nurturing environment for your dancers to learn and grow, look no further!
Aug 08, 2019 · Jennifer CecilMy daughter has danced at several studios in Morgantown since she started dancing 10 years ago. We have definitely found our permanent home at Artistry House! The amount my daughter has learned and grown in her abilities and confidence here is unbelievable. The staff at Artistry House truly care for all of their dancers, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is supported and encouraged.
Aug 17, 2022 · Tricia ShafferWe love Artistry house! Ms. Jenny is so knowledgeable and great with the kids. She is so creative and made all the costumes for the recital too...so impressed! They have leotards and dance shoes there as well, reasonably priced and have been known to pass down shoes from older dancers for free. This isn't about money for them...they are really out there to teach kids dance. Highly recommend!
