I’ve been enjoying the classes at YDF! The cardio/hula hoop fusion class was such a fun and energizing workout – I loved it and plan to take it whenever I can. I also take other classes there, and it's always a great time. The atmosphere is welcoming, and all the teachers are amazing!

It's no surprise; the instructors at YDF are so attentive, thoughtful and challenging (in a safe, helpful way). If you are looking for a place to workout that will strengthen, stretch and tone your whole body, this is it! Highly recommend.
