Universal Dance Association Reviews
They had plenty of time to get my insurance information and they did not. So. I was to have to wait to get that and the X-rays from the other dentist sent over before I could be seen….. Also, the hygienist did not show up and they asked us to reschedule. I had purposely scheduled this for when my son was home from college over Christmas break. Next appointment is in March. Really?
Dec 15, 2022 · Allyson LowreyI had implant from UDA in 2018. I paid copay upfront way in advance. They had enough time to reach out insurance company and get approval which they did not. During surgery they did not mention anything and later they keep sending me another bill to pay which I called to UDA and convinced them that it is not my part to pay however they were hiding information and not telling truth till this year. I told upfront that I am not going to pay because that is their fault. I have moved to TX and my current dentist tried to reach them to find out which material they use but they did not support. After that they send me to credit company even they told me that they are not going to do so. Now credit company just screwed my credit line. I am going to file complain against UDA . I do not recommend this dental association. Worthless !. I had to redo all my implant because of them.
