Tumble With Denise Reviews
The instructors and program are generally good, it's the way the owner conducts herself that warrents the poor rating. A few years ago we first brought our daughter here after becoming tired of the constant shakedowns from the dance school she was in. We made it clear that she was coming to learn skills and not focus on a routine for a recital. We were told there would be no outfits or recital. After paying and attending half the classes we get told there will be a recital and here is the outfit you need to buy. My daughter continued to attend but it was a waste because all they cared about was learning a routine. We left for a few years and then returned this summer. This time both of our children took summer classes and it was great. We decided to sign up my son for fall classes. We paid and then 3 weeks later, days before the classes start, she decides that she is going to require masking of all the children over 3 years old. Keep in mind there was no state regulation that applied to her business behind this, she made this decision of her own free will. We did not attend any of the classes and kindly asked prior to the first class that she return our full deposit and she refused. Given that this is the second time we have encountered this type of behavior clearly this is just how she makes it up as she goes. If you don't like it you can leave, but she is keeping your money.UPDATE: She did finally responded and refunded our full amount. Her response was rude and reinforced the idea that she is completely focused on her and not the needs of her customers. For the sake of her students and staff I Truely hope she sees the error of her ways.
Oct 10, 2021 · Greg YemmMy 5 and 3 year old started attending Tumble with Denise in the beg. of Sept and we are very happy. The staff is great and Denise is wonderful. You can watch your child/children from an upper deck giving you a great view. They keep the kids focused while learning and having fun. Very glad we decided on this place.

Dec 13, 2024 · gyuwsWonderful place for kids of all ages. They pay close attention to your kids progress as well as has a wide range of services. Highly recommend
May 23, 2024 · Peter GonzalezMy daughter enjoyed going here and learned a lot. They weren't quite as flexible with lesson times as we would have liked, but if you can work your schedule around theirs, I'd recommend it.
