- Online Membership: For added flexibility, students can access class replays online, which is a valuable resource for reviewing material or making up missed classes.

The Salsa Beat Reviews
Just finished my last level 0 class and wanted to share how AMAZING the teachers are (Becky & Antonio)!! They really encourage everyone and explain the steps so clearly. They even give fine tuning tips after class to those of us who ask and want to challenge ourselves even more. They are awesome!! Erica and Juan are great, too- they are so organized and have fantastic communication (they personalize their email responses if you contact themwith any questions). This program works! Thank you!
Apr 27, 2025 路 Jenn DI have been loving salsa beat SO MUCH so far. I think it鈥檚 really unique how you call everyone by their names- it makes me feel seen and valued. I really like the structure of the class and the clarity of what we are learning. Also I really appreciate the attention to detail you give all of us students, especially when you noticed I was having a hard time getting the steps right, it was very impactful to me that you guys pulled me to specifically work on it to make sure I understood and got it :) I鈥檝e been feeling much more confident social dancing now even with just two classes- thank you so much!! 馃挄
Jun 14, 2025 路 Kieran PatalanoI just finished my first cycle and loved it so much! Erica and Juan are very fun, warm and encouraging which makes coming to class feel like a happy community. I think it makes a huge difference in our growth the way they welcome and chat with everyone. I really appreciate the structure and levels of classes. I always feel engaged or challenged because of the consistency of the planned lessons. I have a bad shoulder and I never felt unsafe because of a less experienced follow trying a higher lvl class. I love the focus on social dancing and feel that I have been able to improve my dance while also learning how to make moves easier and safer. I can't wait for more! 馃暫
Feb 17, 2025 路 Edward FletcherClasses are well-organized and are run very efficiently, with great attention to detail. Juan and Erica clearly have a passion for what they do and they do a great job teaching their students. There is plenty of practical content to learn, and they care about their community of students. The online courses are a great supplement to the in-person classes and are worth it as well. If you want to improve your social dancing, I would highly recommend coming to the Salsa Beat!
Feb 03, 2025 路 Roel GonzalesI made a right decision taking these classes with Juan and Erica. It鈥檚 been a great learning experience from their program.1. Learned so much on how to be a better leader.2. Getting more understanding of how to social dance better.3. More smoother as a lead not really forcing my pattern because of their detail techniques.4.i got much better and more confident.5. Because they work as a team (leader and follower). They made really easy for me to understand and learn all the patterns.San Diego salsa community is very lucky to have them. THE SALSA BEAT is the place.
