Studio X Pole Fitness Reviews
I was visiting my mom in Fayetteville this past week and to my surprise, I found a pole studio just 10 minutes away from her … Studio X Pole Fitness! I had such a great experience.I took a Pole Level 2 & 3 combined class with Rachelle, and she was amazing! Very down-to-earth with such a beautiful spirit. She stayed engaged with the entire class and made everyone feel supported. I even learned a few new moves that I’m definitely keeping in my arsenal haha thanks, girl!I also took an Intro to Inverts class, and let me just say, it’s SO DOPE that this studio even offers a dedicated Invert class. I’m from NYC, and it’s rare to find Invert Prep on a weekly schedule at most studios, so I had to jump on it. Christina subbed in for Heather and she was incredible! I got a great workout and left feeling noticeably stronger. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and has a good amount of poles. All the ladies I encountered were super sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I could offer just a bit of feedback, it would be awesome if chilled water was available instead of room temp. And in the future, seeing Pole Conditioning classes on the schedule would be a dream!Overall, major shoutout to Heather for creating such a safe, empowering space for women to learn, grow, and connect. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Fayetteville. Thank you again for such a beautiful experience! 💕

May 07, 2025 · It’s me TMe and my friends went to celebrate my friends mom birthday we had a really good time. Gigi was a really great teacher for the heel class.
Jan 19, 2025 · TarMy friends and I decided to try this place out for fun and to have a great girls night! Ms. Rachelle did not disappoint! She was very thorough and skilled in teaching us basic techniques to pole and aerial fitness. The great thing about this place and the owner, we scheduled our class during an open pole, not really understanding what that meant. We thought it was an intial pole class for all levels. Well, the owners worked with us and allowed the instructor to give a small class for a group of 3. We had an amazing time and will return here! Love this place, the atmosphere, and all the ladies. What a great environment!
Aug 05, 2024 · Antoinique OwensI absolutely love coming to this place every week. Everyone that I’ve met has been super friendly and welcoming! I have had 5 sessions with Rachelle and she is fantastic!! She’s super funny, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to make sure you are understanding. I also took aerial hammock with Christina and really loved that class as well. There are so many different classes to choose from and I haven’t had one bad experience yet. I’ve had 5 of my friends tag along and they all love it too!
