Studio Rouge Reviews
Went to a class—paid for the class and ended up having to share a pole and not getting the full experience because someone else showed up who didn’t even pay and they gave her my pole because she was a part of a party and showed up last minute. I won’t be back unless something has changed. I didn’t even get to learn anything when I went. I felt embarrassed sitting on the floor for half the time.
May 31, 2025 · Arianna WMy friend and I attended Studio Rouge for the first time, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. As someone who has been a pole instructor for over 7 years, I was surprised by how unstructured the class felt from start to finish. While I understand that every instructor has their own teaching style, this class lacked essential elements—especially for beginners. My friend, who was trying pole for the very first time, was not offered any modifications for the moves we were learning. The warm-up lasted about 30 minutes and felt more like a yoga flow than a prep for a pole class. The combo we worked on required a lot of floor work, which ended up being painful due to the hard flooring. It would have made a big difference if we had been advised ahead of time to bring knee pads and socks to protect our knees and feet.Additionally, it was difficult to hear the instructor for most of the class due to the noise from another class happening right next to us.Overall, this was not the best introduction to Studio Rouge. I genuinely hope the studio takes steps to improve the structure of their classes, offer proper support for beginners, and create a more comfortable environment for everyone attending.
Jun 14, 2025 · Angelica StezenAs of writing this review I have taken 7 classes at Studio Rouge ranging from chair dance to pole to aerial silks. All of then have been super fun and informative. Instructors are all super nice and welcoming no matter your starting skill level. The studio is super clean (all stations have alcohol and rags for students to clean yoga mats, silks, poles down after class).
Mar 29, 2025 · Lane VanceI could not recommend Studio Rouge enough! I went for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful time! They did a great job making the class accessible to total beginners. Multiple girls in our party left wanting to pursue more classes in the future because it was such a great experience. We were also obsessed with the instructor/owner! :) Finally, one of our girls had a medical issue shortly before the start of our class. But Studio Rouge was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us!
Apr 23, 2025 · Elizabeth MillsStudio Rouge is my favorite place in the world! I've been coming here for almost three years now, and since then I've become a much stronger, versatile aerialist. All the instructors are dedicated to their students' success, while being understanding and accommodating of everyone's differences and needs. The community at Studio Rouge is just incredible! ❤️
