May 26, 2025 · maria infantiOnly on week one of summer camp. All the staff I’ve met has been friendly, helpful and good at communicating. My son who likes to fight bedtime falls asleep very quickly now because they wear them out. Overall it seems like a great camp. There is a few negatives which would be the cost of the field trips. The field trip to lost river caverns was $47. A kids ticket at lost river caverns is $11. Usually when you go in a group you get a discount, so not sure why it was $36 more expensive. The on campus field trip was $27 for something that me and my son have seen for free many times before. At the summer camp my son attended last year they did field trips daily, $50 would cover the trips for the month so the cost seems very excessive. Also I believe there’s a charge if you leave a water bottle behind on accident, so that stinks.
Jun 13, 2025 · Shannon LukeI can not say enough great things about this place!!! My daughter Rylee participates in every program they offer, and she loves them all!! She is in karate and leadership, parkour, the Afterschool program, and Summer Camp! We are counting down the days right now until camp starts! When she first started, she was a very shy, nervous little 3 year old and now she's an outgoing brown belt who has found her voice. Everyone at Best treats her like family🙂
May 26, 2025 · Michelle MoscaterSteel City’s Best is literally the best! My boys take Karate with Coach Juice and have learned so much! They are more responsible and more behaved. Steel City’s Best makes you feel like family. If you are looking for karate classes this is the place to go!!
May 06, 2025 · Amber HeideckerI started karate classes with Shihan Juice a little over a year ago and it has been absolutely life changing! I have learned so many skills not just in karate but life skills that have improved my lifestyle, my ability to communicate, my confidence and self esteem and I have never felt better! Making the decision to be a part of the Steel City’s Best Family was the best decision I ever made. I’ve never seen anyone make such an impact on children’s and adults lives like Shihan Juice! All of the coaches here are the best and are always so supportive and encouraging! If you’re looking to change your life for the better, this is the place to do it and the people to do it with! :)
