Salsa Caliente Dance Studio Reviews
I just had my 1st class here and hands down, the best salsa class I've ever had! Erika is an amazing instructor, and she emphasizes technique, and will show you the correct steps and posture to lead you to want to keep coming back for more. So friendly, absolutely professional and amazing! Highly recommend this place!
Oct 28, 2016 · Mike VelezThe classes and the school as a whole are great--when they happen. I think they are taught in a way to promote and drill getting the technical parts of salsa correct. I've deducted two stars because, 1) There's no camaraderie. I later learned of other salsa schools that have Whatsapp group chats, info on where to dance, salsa social nights, etc. All of that would be helpful for new people trying to improve. and 2) in the course of my 3 months of living in Tampa, I have had at least 5 classes canceled. When the class is only one day a week, it makes it hard to keep some consistency. It would be beneficial to schedule the missed class at another time or another day in the week--or have a backup teacher. As it stands, I purchased a large pack of classes that I will in no way be able to use because of the many cancellations and now I'm leaving town.
Oct 20, 2019 · nikki taylorMy wife and I just had our first class and we learned so much in just one hour. Erika is such a great teacher. She was very patient, detailed, and had a great attitude. We were so excited on the way home, and we can’t wait to go back!!!
Aug 28, 2018 · Elklui OspinaI was given a certificate for introduction dance lessons at Salsa Caliente. I attempted to enter the promotional code as it instructed on the website, but was unsuccessful in receiving a confirmation or reservation. I attempted to contact Erica at the dance studio and have left three different messages. I have never even received a return phone call. I was looking forward to learning a few new dance steps and in general just having an enjoyable time. A little disappointed to not receive any communication at all after leaving three messages.
