Mar 25, 2019 · Sam ShandorfI highly recommend Rosa Noreen, both as a performer and instructor. As a teacher she's supportive, knowledgeable, and helps us truly develop as dancers and performers. I've attended many events and shows that Rosa has produced and they're always professionally run. She even brings top notch, internationally known dancers to the little city of Portland, Maine!
Mar 25, 2019 · Janice PrattRosa fosters a caring and supportive environment for people of all walks of life to engage in safe exploration of what they're capable of. I went expecting to learn to dance but learned so much about the history and how belly dancers are often misconstrued as sexual entertainment. She is passionate about not only teaching technique but respect as well. She is a beautiful light who wants the experience to be full of love. I gained some moves but confidence too.
Mar 25, 2019 · Mandy CadotteI have taken classes with Rosa for several years. Both Belly dance and ballet, and have had really positive experiences in both. Ballet has helped my balance and posture and Belly dance has improved my coordination and confidence. Rosa is patient, has a wonderful sense of humor, and really believes each of us has the capability to be a better dancer! She has helped me be a healthier, happier human.
