Jun 09, 2024 · KatherineRoco is an incredible local resource. I've taken several classes for adults including Cardio Hip Hop and West African dance and the instructors and classes are fantastic. They are high energy, fun classes full of enthusiastic dancers ranging from beginners like me to gorgeous trained dancers. My son started studying Breakdancing at Roco six years ago, then went on to Boys Modern, Hip Hop, Ballet and Contemporary. He's been part of the school's Modern dance company for five years, has competed and performed with the company many times, and has been teaching Hip Hop to younger kids for the past two years. It has been an incredible experience for him. He's made great friends, developed choreography skills and learned to teach. He and his fellow high school seniors have all benefited from Roco's dance program for their college applications too and are all going to great schools. We are huge fans of Roco dance!
Apr 26, 2017 · Julia SzeReally was routing for this dance company but their communication is awful. I sent the manager and dance instructor 3 emails/phone calls discussing my child's dance rehearsal and never received a response. At the end she learned little/nothing. Save your money. It's not worth it.
