Over this period of time I have seen improvements in my memory, dance skills, physical agility, and I have met really amazing people. I especially enjoy Trina’s Afro Caribbean dance class. It’s a really special class. She always switches up the dances and brings in new music, and makes sure to keep to the authenticity of the dances. She stays away from commodified radio music, which I love, and she creates an amazing atmosphere and energy in her classes. Everyone is welcomed at this studio and they really work on creating a sense of community. I only have great things to say about this studio and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to work out and meet nice people. All of the instructors are awesome! This studio is great for all levels and takes ClassPass.

Great for newcomers who want a fun workout, and people who have dance experience but are just taking classes for fun/to stay I'm shape now. (Because you can be challenged and learn real technique but it's not as intense as a class of wanna be professionals)The teachers are charming and wonderful (learned so much from Chris), and Trina the owner is a treasure

This studio has not only allowed me to become healthier and lose weight, but it's also allowed me to rediscover my passion for dancing - something I had lost in the busyness of life. I've taken many classes here, and all of the instructors are incredibly kind and encouraging - they always make you feel confident and strong, and never embarrassed. This has been a great community to find. I highly recommend Rock Star Dance Fitness if you want to get incredible workouts while also having a lot of fun! The variety of classes includes dance and fitness (Cardio, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Salsa, Zumba, Afro-Caribbean, Ballet, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Kids Classes) - new offerings are always being added! Private training is also available with their knowledgeable and encouraging teachers, all of whom are certified and have years of experience dancing professionally. What further sets them above other studios, is the welcoming and inclusive environment. The studio owner, Trina, has created a space that is supportive, positive and values community and diversity. The dance studio houses a non-profit academy, RS Confidence, to support dancers, their personal growth and technical training.
