Despite having a good staff that interacts with their patients, PACE repeatedly prioritizes family members to take care of the patients despite inability to at their homes. They are ao adverse to utilizing the emergency room that my mother had gotten a severe brain infection while they kept gaslighting her saying it wasn't truly an issue that her neurosurgical wounds were opening, full of puss, and bleeding. When she stopped being cognizant they kept insisting she did not need the emergency room. This institution would rather members DIE than GET CARE. - Melodious Apollo
