Pole, Barre and Fitness Studio Reviews
Anyone looking for an alternative fitness routine, this is it! I first tried Beginner Pole Classes to add to my fitness routine (runner and regular gym-junkie) and I’m glad I did! I’ve taken all of the pole classes, boot camp, chair dance, and participated in workshops and parties– They’re all fantastic! I moved away from the WNY area and when I’m in town I look for classes I can drop in at. While visiting, I took a drop-in Boot Camp Class and my whole body was sore the next few days! It also helps build your own confidence and teaches you to be comfortable with your body. Chelsea is an amazing instructor who will take time to do 1-on-1 instruction if you have any questions/concerns; patience is key! It's a lot harder than you think! Highly recommend checking out Pole Play at least once!

Oct 25, 2017 · A. KellyI love Pole Play classes! Honestly the hardest workout in the most fun environment. I amazed myself with what I was able to accomplish in this class, strength I never knew I had. Chelsea is an awesome instructor never once did I feel intimidated or inadequate she constantly encourages you to push yourself. I've always hated other workout classes because I found them to be very boring with little instructor interaction, but these classes are completely different they kick your ass while you are having so much fun.
Aug 18, 2017 · melissa spinelliI attended the 8 week boot camp class, and it was awesome, I am ex military and the class kicked my butt. Chelsea was a great instructor! The class was team driven, everyone pushed each other. I would highly recommend pole fitness to anyone that wants to get in shape and increase their overall strength 10 fold.
Aug 18, 2017 · Jim MurrayI have been at the studio for a couple years now, and this is the most I have ever stayed at a fitness studio/classes ever. The community is amazing- completely open and judgement free. It’s a unique way to work out & you really do see progress in both confidence and strength. Highly recommend taking any class from pole, barre or chair classes!
