After 3 months of twice weekly pilates classes with Everlea, my pain was greatly receding. After 5-6 months my pain was basically gone. Now, 1.75 years later I no longer worry about whether I can lift my children, what type of floor a venue has (IYKYK), or when the pain will come back.

Prices are very good with lots of different package options and I am happy it is local instead of being a slave to the national fitness chain monthly contract.

I decided to try Pilates and found Everlea in early 2020. Within months my pain was down 50% and now it's down about 90%! Sure, I have bad days but they are occasional and usually my fault! Everlea knows how the body is put together and always comes up with new exercises to keep it interesting. I can't recommend Everlea highly enough!
