While the goal of any business is to provide excellent service and a positive experience, it is important to consider all available public information. Some customer feedback indicates areas where the studio may need to improve its operational efficiency and communication. For instance, one past review mentioned issues with initial communication and entry, stating, "I found them online & I started communicating with the 'owner' of the place she told me to let her know when I arrived so she could come to the door & I asked her how to I pay for my session she told me that I could pay once I got there through cash app... I stood there for 5/10 minutes... I then texted her how I felt saying that I was going home & I spent 20$ to come there it was unprofessional how she had me waiting." Another review highlighted concerns with phone etiquette: "Very rude on the phone, answered while talking to someone else and was smacking gum into the phone mic." These instances suggest that potential visitors might benefit from clear communication channels and confirmed appointment details to ensure a smooth initial experience.
Despite these past comments, the fundamental concept of Philly's Got Dance—providing a local venue for dance instruction—remains a valuable community resource. Every business strives for continuous improvement, and customer feedback, whether positive or constructive, serves as a crucial tool for growth and refinement. Sep 16, 2020 · Ausanta SmallsVery rude on the phone, answered while talking to someone else and was smacking gum into the phone mic.EDIT: I'm not "trolling" your business. Hire competent people to answer your phone, not someone who will chase off customers willing to spend hundreds of dollars on dance lessons.
Jun 21, 2019 · Lumaria MorteSame two step dances, unqualified dance instructors. The recital is a complete unorganized mess. Paid for books and pictures which were supposed to be given at the recital but wasn't. I never received them. Horrible horrible.
