Peggy Izzo's The Dance Workshop (TDW) Reviews
There are no words to express the love our family has for this studio! Peggy and Danielle have provided a loving and nurturing environment not only for my young daughter to thrive in, but also my son. The family friendly atmosphere and the special attention paid to each child has been invaluable at TDW. Their expertise in many genres of dance has exposed my children to much more then I could have imagined! Family run businesses are challenging to run yet Peggy and Danielle do it with the utmost professionalism and grace. I would give more stars if it was possible! Even I have enjoyed taking their adult classes!! Seriously, check them out!
Jul 08, 2016 · Jennifer StytzerMy first experience with Peggy and Danielle was having a 5 year old Birthday party at The Dance Workshop. My daughter had danced at another studio the year before. But after that party, I immediately knew that THIS was the place where my daughter belonged. Peggy, Danielle and all the teachers are extremely professional, but totally make you feel as if you were part of a big family. They take time to get to know their dancers as well as the parents, and make everyone feel completely at home. My daughter tends to be shy around new people but she really came out of her shell by the end of the year thanks to TDW. I really can't say enough about how much we love everyone there and the jobs that they are doing. They are THE BEST! That pretty much sums it up!!! Thank you again TDW for welcoming us with open arms and nurturing my girl!!!
Jul 08, 2016 · Jody WilliamsI honestly cannot say enough about Danielle and the TDW family. My girls were so excited to take their first virtual dance class today. My daughter said it was “the best part of her day” at dinner. It was amazing to see them dancing, being “together,” all while providing an outlet to express themselves in a safe and fun way. It is incredible that Danielle and her staff can think outside the box and encourage their dancers to gently step outside their comfort zones (in their homes😀) hold their heads high and dance! Thank you for being the best part of a 7 year old’s day! Xoxo
Mar 26, 2020 · alicia moraitisWe came to this studio when my daughter was approaching her second birthday. She has now been dancing their for four full years and loves everything about the studio and the amazing teachers. Not only are the kids learning complicated technique, they are having fun doing it. Danielle and Peggy welcome you with open arms and really get to know all about your child. When my daughter was struggling with anxiety, they helped her work through it and continue to grow in her love of dance. We highly recommend this amazon studio!
Jul 05, 2016 · Nikki SouthPeggy Izzo's is the place to go if you want your child to have an amazing dance experience. Not only are Peggy and Danielle both extremely talented dancers, they're extraordinary teachers as well! My oldest daughter Kaylee (6) has been dancing there since she was 4. She started off with Twinkle Toes, and has now worked her way into Jerome's Ballet 1 class, acro, hip-hop, tap, to name just a few! And her proudest moment was joining the mini stars for next season! Danielle and Peggy have really nurtured her and helped her grow. She has blossomed into such a beautiful dancer thanks to all of the wonderful teachers! My little firecracker, Sophia (2) started this year in Broadway babies! She was extremely anxious and very distracted for the first few classes. But after her teachers, Peggy and Josette worked with her with love, (and a whole lot of patience HaHa!) and helped her to become comfortable, she rocked the stage at her first recital this past May! When your child joins TDW, they aren't just joining a dance school, they're joining a family!
