Pacific Ballroom Dance

1604 15th St SW #109, Auburn, WA 98001, USA

4.0
I am absolutely appalled by my recent experience at this dance studio. My 3-year-old toddler was allowed to leave the facility alone after class, with no adult supervision. She was found outside by herself, completely unattended. When I arrived the instructor had no knowledge as to where my child was. This is beyond unacceptable. I trusted this studio to provide a safe environment for my child, and instead, they put her in an incredibly dangerous situation. The complete lack of supervision, care, and concern for my child’s safety is deeply troubling. This experience has left my toddler traumatized, and as a parent, I am beyond upset. No child should ever be allowed to leave a building unsupervised, especially at such a young age. I am extremely disappointed and would strongly urge any parent to think twice before enrolling their child here. Would rate 0 if I could. - Loren McKinnon
