NOLA Pole & Aerials is strategically located at 1405 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70112, USA. This address places the studio in a prime spot near the iconic French Quarter, making it highly accessible for a wide range of New Orleans residents. Canal Street itself is a major thoroughfare, serving as a significant artery through the city, which means easy navigation whether you're driving or utilizing public transportation.
For those driving, NOLA Pole & Aerials addresses a common concern in downtown areas: parking. While street parking on Canal Street is typically metered (around $6 for two hours), it is often free after 7 PM, which is a great perk for evening classes. Additionally, there are often affordable parking lots around the building, reportedly costing only $4-$5 for the entire day. This accessibility to parking, especially considering its central location, significantly enhances convenience for visitors. For individuals relying on public transit, Canal Street is well-served by multiple RTA streetcar and bus lines, making it a breeze to reach from various neighborhoods across New Orleans, from Uptown to the Bywater. The studio also has a second location in Metairie, offering residents outside the immediate downtown area another convenient option. This strategic positioning ensures that NOLA Pole & Aerials is within easy reach for locals looking to integrate unique fitness experiences into their routines.

Feb 17, 2025 · Erin and DanielWe came here for my bachelorette and had a blast! I’m a huge fan of line dancing and aerial so we took a class with both and even upgraded to a glow in the dark neon paint party for only $25 for our whole group. It was definitely well worth it! We had the owner, Jill, and Ash as our instructors and they made us feel so safe, seen, and empowered! We had girls with various experience levels with aerial but Ash met every girl where they were and walked them through. Not to mention they took amazing photos and videos for us! She even offered kind words for a future marriage at the end. 10/10 would definitely recommend doing a class with your closest friends!

Mar 21, 2025 · Allie RyanAshley was an absolutely amazing instructor. The aerial and pole class was fantastic. So much fun. She had sooo much energy and love for what she does. She showed such positivity towards all of us and all of our body types which I really appreciated since I am not muscular. It was such a fun class. We did pole choreography & hammock routines. Super affordable as well, only $30 each for 1.5 hr class.
