Dance Quarter Reviews
Only got a 2 because one the space was big and another the host Tee for the night was trying her best and was doing what was told however the person I booked with and had encounters with from the beginning was not Katerina / Carlee upon arriving no one was there and my contract was wrote up wrong I was told different times and prices the restrooms was not clean nor the fridge nor was the spaces for dj and bartender to set up we also had help clean the mirrors and help set up tables and chairs that was in our contract for them to do. It was unprofessional at its highest. My whole thing is this is an expensive place to rent with no type of order. And needs better management when it comes down to business.
Jul 21, 2024 · Telicia RuthWe had our wedding here. It’s actually a very affordable venue, especially for New Orleans. I also recommend checking out the swing dance classes. The management is wonderful!
Jun 19, 2022 · Natasha CTo prepare for our wedding, we took five private lessons with Didi at Dance Quarter. We were essentially beginners, but Didi did an amazing job at teaching us the basic steps and moves of foxtrot and rumba. She was patient and tailored her lessons to match our pace of learning. She even took the time to choreograph our first dance, which our guests loved! We had a wonderful experience with Didi and would highly recommend!
Jan 07, 2024 · Crystal ZhengGreat space, clean restrooms, decent street parking available. Nice place to reserve for an event with 75 people. Mostly standing space but the seating available was comfortable. Not sure if more chairs are available but I think it may depend upon the event being held.
Jun 27, 2021 · Jo COwner of this business likes to stand around awkwardly and watch everyone. I thought he was stalking someone at first, until someone told me he was the owner. I was very shocked by his behaviour. He does not speak, has zero customer service skills, not friendly, no home training, has no people skills, etc. He even threaten to call the police on normous occassions. This place is okay but by the owner exhibiting this type of behavior, he does not deserve to receive any business from people. He clear despise us. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Put money in the pockets of people who has compassion for people, good customer service, and home training.
