She is detailed and breaks down each move so well, the pace of her class is perfect, and the moves & combos are just challenging enough to keep me engaged without getting overwhelmed. Choice is music is fun as well 💃🏻🎶 highly recommend!

Dance is by definition an embodied experience and that helps a lot with somatic healing but also this class environment has been fantastic. Sa’diyya is such a great instructor. She works with each of us to meet us at our level and pace of learning. She is knowledgeable and simply fun to train with. I love the uplifting atmosphere and the-end-of-class free dance party. I had so much fun showing off my progress to friends and family. I highly recommend this class for beginners and professionals.
