A really great place to workout and actually see/feel results. The trainers are awesome, energetic, motivating and super friendly. Workouts are fun, consistent and challenging, you push yourself to the max, and a little more :) . I enjoy and look forward to the workouts. Every day is a different type of class so it never gets redundant, you won’t get bored here. I started a couple months ago and I have already seen great results and feel stronger.This is an awesome place if you’re looking for a good workout!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I highly recommend anyone to come and have fun working out to have a healthier body and health. The environment is pleasant and friendly. Thank you Cardio Fit for the fun dance workouts.

However its more suited for spanish speaking women and the more fit women look at everyone else who aren't as fit with judgemental eyes. And there really wasn't any coaching. You just have to follow along, so if you are not sure whether you are doing the moves right You are on your own. After a few classes it felt a little less comfortable and it's double a gym price. But its fun especially if you speak spanish.In response...Not intimidated, people were nice, most anyhow. But there are others who have their nose in the air, or who make fun of others. That's not the reason i stopped attending. I don't scare off very easily, it was the lack of support for the amount of money being paid. Over all it was a fun experience, and the full body workouts are great. But the group isn't diverse, therefore it makes it a bit uncomfortable for those who don't speak Spanish. I'm sure the results are remarkable for those who attend regularly. It just wasn't for me. But thanks for the workouts, keep up the good work. I have continued my fitness journey else where.
