Kay's Dance Movement Reviews
My daughter has wanted to do dance for the longest time and we finally started looking around recently. Kay’s Dance Movement was amazing! They were prompt to explain pricing, classes and next steps. They even offered a complimentary class so my daughter can experience it before we commit. She’s been loving it, the class, her instructor and the kids.

We've done both classes at her studio and also her satellite classes at our school and both are top notch experiences.Kay's Dance Movement has given our daughters so much. They've gained onfidence, drive, coordination, and a true passion for dance. They even dressed up as KDM dance instructors for career day at their school.Every year at recital I am blown away at all they have learned and their improvement year after year. My kids would spend all day at the studio if they could! This isn't just a dance studio, it's a family! Try it out, (she even offers free trial classes!) you won't regret it.
Jul 20, 2023 · Tracy GardnerOur 3.5 year old has been going to Kay’s for only three weeks and asks nearly every day if it’s time for dance class - we have loved our short time at Kay’s. Their communication is amazing, it deserves 5 starts in itself! Highly recommend!
Mar 14, 2025 · Cassidy GreerNot sure what she thinks because she just turned 4. I asked her how is it and she said "I dance!". It will be helpful if the TV was on for us parents to see to know if it's the right class for her.Trial class today was for 5:15-5:45pm Monday. We came early at 5:05pm to hopefully talk about the class, meet the teacher, or see the studio. But none of that happen. So we just waited sitting. No one welcoming us.When the teacher opened the door to let students in, I approached with my daughter & told her she is Gianna for the trial class. She said "wait, the other teacher is outside"So we sat again. Until she closes the door and we are left there waiting. It's already 5:25pm. There's nothing else for us to do. There is no other teacher outside like she is saying. Good thing a parent with her daughter came in late and told me to come along with her. She knocked, same teacher opened the door, and the other parent said the same thing I did "our daughters are here for trial class", the teacher let them in. So happen that parent is not new there and she have another daughter attending a different class. Without her, I guess we will just be stuck in the waiting room doing nothing.I try to find her through the glass but this parent said, they are in the other room and that you can only see them on the TV. But the TV was closed, so she tried opening it. But there's nothing on the TV. So we were just there sitting not knowing what our daughter is doing. How we will decide if that class is right for her? After class, teacher just opened the door, let the kids out, then close the door again. Like nothing to talk about? If my daughter did well, did she participated? We are confused what's the point of signing up for this trial class? I hope you do better next time for other people. And that your staff are welcoming.Take note that this is a kid who just turned 4 yr old, new people, new place. The person that opened the door didn't even said anything to her or to me when she let my daughter in, she just closed the door again. I don't think thats how we want her first dance class to be. Even just a simple hello, nothing.
