House of Flow Reviews
I can’t say enough good things about Tristan and House of Flow. I first came in for a Sunday breathwork class—not knowing what to expect—and accidentally left my water bottle behind. That happy accident brought me back on Tuesday, and when I walked in, I remembered she offered other classes too. I figured, why not try one more?I signed up for just a single class, but by the time it was over, I was so moved and energized that I signed up for the whole month on the spot.Tristan is incredibly motivational and deeply intuitive. She creates a supportive space that meets you exactly where you’re at. I’m working with a few injuries, and she adjusted everything with care so I could still get a full experience without hurting myself. Her vibe is warm, powerful, and inspiring. Every class feels like a reset—for the body and the soul. And I have to shout out my favorite class—Buti Yoga on Wednesday nights, taught by Anaka. Her energy is wild, fun, and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. And now, thanks to Tristan, we’ve got a Saturday Buti class too—for me and everyone else who needed more of that magic. If you’re looking for healing through movement, this is the place
