Loved this class but had the worst customer service experience. I drove 25 minutes to a class that began more than 10 minutes late. When I got in the room someone had taken my spot and the instructor was flustered from running late and not available to help. I had an appointment within half hour of finishing class that was already now in jeopardy so I had to leave.I wrote the owner to explain and despite that, I was penalized and marked as a no show — and charged for the class.When my follows ups were ignored I asked for a refund to an expensive package and then got a response which was “no”.

The sequencing works out every part of your body from head to toe: arms (with weights!!), thighs (with bands), legs (with the ball) on the barre , and abs/glutes (with band/ball) before cool down. I appreciated the fact that they stretch you out throughly, before, during and after the workout. The instructor (Melanie) has high energy and clear instructions. I would love to try their dance classes.The studio is immaculate and spacious. It’s also very pretty and clean. Hard to find boutique studios that are so large!Overall it was a perfect workout to start my morning in NYC while visiting from out of town (and feeling extremely tired and sore) from inevitably walking around in my high heels all day the day before!

All the instructors are great and do a wonderful job of ensuring that everyone is challenged regardless of their fitness level. You can get a full body workout in one hour! Clean airy studio with plenty of space. Classes are small and suitable for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!!

They have incredible instructors who are warm fun, and push you just the right amount. I recommend this place to anyone. My core is getting so much stronger! I feel taller and thinner .

I felt welcome there from my very first day two years ago even though I didn’t even know what barre was! Highly recommended!
