My grandkids took cooking class. What an amazing experience for them to learn cooking skills, recipes, trying different foods, learning all ingredients in a recipe, using measures. What a fun and Interesting path to enhance reading and math skills. This has been an experience that will last them a lifetime! The kids came home full of new knowledge and with great food in hand. Chef was awesome with the kids, he did fantastic teaching! CSA is the best. Everyone was always kind, caring and helpful.

I have two kiddos that have taken classes there at different times, and I don't think I've ever seen a place that does a better job harmonizing pursuing the excellence of an art form or craft, honoring developmental differences, and just having a lot of fun and spreading joy! The entire staff pour their heart and soul into the school and the students they are blessed to serve, on a DAILY basis. Every decision is held to high scrutiny, as the staff understands the lasting impact of their actions.
