May 04, 2025 · Angela WhitesellI recently had the pleasure of attending my first pole dance class with Karen, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by both Karen and the other participants. Karen’s teaching style is truly exceptional; she provided clear and concise directions that made it easy to follow along, even for a beginner like me. Her ability to break down the moves into manageable steps was incredibly helpful, and she offered creative tips to help us remember various techniques and dances. The atmosphere in the class was electric! Everyone was in great spirits, cheering each other on and celebrating our progress together. It felt like a supportive communitywhere we could all express ourselves freely. The energy in the room was contagious, and I left feeling empowered and excited about what I had learned.I can’t wait to return for another class!

Mar 03, 2025 · Gihon MackI look forward to this every week! It has given me confidence, determination, and a workout that's so fun you don't realize you're working out. There are many different instructors who teach in different ways and it allows people who learn differently to explore those options and find what works best for them. To anyone looking to have some fun or just get some strength built or even a mom who needs something for herself outside of being a mom, JUST DO IT!!!!
